  • What are your hours?
    • Log Still Distillery is open Sundays 11am-3pm and Mondays-Saturdays 10am-5pm
    • The Bar in the Tasting Room is open Thursdays-Saturdays 5-11pm
    • Check the AMP schedule, Distillery and Tasting Room unavailable during concerts

  • What time zone is the Distillery located in?
    • New Haven, Kentucky is in the Eastern Time Zone

  • What is included in the Generations Distillery Tour?
    • Our Generations experience is an all-encompassing tour and tasting that lasts about 40 minutes. From showing you how we craft our bourbon to sharing generations worth of stories, it takes you behind-the-scenes at the distillery. The tour concludes with a guided tasting in our Tasting Room.

  • Are other tours offered?
    • Not currently

  • Are reservations required?
    • We highly recommend booking your tours in advance online. That way you can guarantee your spot and preferred tour time. You can make your booking at the top of the page (Click Book A Tasting).

  • When should I arrive for my tour?
    • Tours depart promptly on time, so please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour to get situated. You’ll need to check-in at the tasting room. Guests can’t join a tour that’s already in progress, so we want to make sure you’re checked in and ready on time.

  • How long are the tours?
    • Plan on spending around two hours for our Generations tour and tasting with a little time to visit the gift shop after.

  • Is the Log Still Distillery and Tour ADA compliant?
    • Our grounds and tours are fully ADA-compliant.

  • Do you allow pets?
    • We do not allow pets on our grounds, service animals being the exception.

  • Can I take pictures while I'm on a tour?
    • Absolutely, we encourage you to take all the photos your heart’s desire.

  • Do you offer military discounts?
    • We’re proud to offer discounts to all servicemen and women.

  • Is there a dress code?
    • We’re a fully functioning distillery, so we recommend that guests wear closed-toe shoes for safety. Tours are partly outdoors and involve walking and stairs, so walking shoes are also recommended.

  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?
    • Reservations may be canceled with a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

  • Is Log Still Distillery closed on Holidays?
    • The Tasting Room is closed for tours on Easter and Christmas day. Please note that tours may also be delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather.

  • Can I host my wedding or special even at the distillery?
    • We would love to host your special event on our campus. Please reach out to our team at The Legacy to find out more details (Legacy Inquires).
