AMP FAQs

  • A wide variety of alcoholic beverages are available for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current driver's license or state ID card is required to purchase alcohol; guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.

  • Service animals (as defined by ADA standards) are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.

  • All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

  • To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: We will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.

  • Signs larger than 8.5 X 11" in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests' view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

  • SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy will exclusively allow cell phones. Cameras, ipads/tablets of any kind are prohibited.

  • The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.

  • Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

  • Generally, cellphones are permitted in the venue. On occasion, comedy shows in particular, cellphone usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

  • All of our events are all ages unless stated otherwise. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap.

  • The Amp at Log Still does not allow weapons of any kind in the venue. No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

  • The Amp at Log Still offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue and local food trucks.

  • All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Smaller stands and portable concessions may be cash only. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.

  • In the event of an emergency while on-site, The Amp at Log Still has trained EMT's to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located on the west side of the venue near the restrooms and Gate 3, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on-site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd-related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests who are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.

  • Gate times vary but are usually 90 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times.

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state, and local laws. Any guest who is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

  • The Amp at Log Still strives to ensure that all our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.

    Accommodations: all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible. 

  • Bags: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: We will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.
  • Cameras: nonprofessional only, no detachable lense.

  • The lawn is always first come, first-served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.

  • Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Concert Gear tents located on the west side of the venue in the plaza near the concession stand. All concert gear is property of the artist, and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

  • Parking is located at 3191 New Hope Road. ADA, Balcony and Patio ticket holders will park at the Log Still Distillery Tasting Room at 225 Dee Head Road. Tickets will be checked before entering this lot. Parking charges will vary, and will be CASH ONLY.

  • Local law enforcement is on-site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. Law enforcement officers are the only individuals permitted to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow concealed carry weapons to be brought onto our property, nor will we secure them.

  • Reentry is not permitted at The Amp at Log Still. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

  • The Amp at Log Still participates in a venue-wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located thoughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.

  • Portable restrooms are available at the venue. Accessible restrooms are in all locations as well.

  • Contracted security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

  • When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat-down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our First Aid station located on the west side of the venue near Gate 3 and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors.

  • The Amp at Log Still is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guests wishing to smoke will need to exit through the designated gate during event. Violation of smoking policy will result in ejection without refund.

  • All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office. Please reach out via our website. Any handouts or presence on-site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on-site, you will be escorted off property immediately.

  • BALC and PATIO tickets are part of The Amp at Log Still’s PLATINUM section. These seats are located on the patio and balcony of the Log Still Distillery Tasting Room and overlook The Amp. PLATINUM ticketholders in these areas have full and exclusive access to The Tasting Room building during shows, including restrooms, air conditioning, and dedicated bartenders for your drink purchases.
  • Platinum tickets located in rows A - F are reserved seats closest to the stage.
  • GOLD tickets located in rows G – R are reserved seats.
  • GA tickets are general admission, which is located behind and to the sides of the reserved seating area.

  • The VIP Club is a private lounge with an outside patio for our box seat ticket holders and season ticket holders. The club will open its doors and remain open until one hour after the event has ended. VIP Club guests will have access to restroom facilities, premium liquor, and beer selections. For select shows, a limited number of VIP Club passes may be available via our sales staff at The Log Still Tasting Room.

  • All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our venue Facebook page.

    An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

  • Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located outside Gate 1. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.

    Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.

    If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or any other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until late in the afternoon the day of the event, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not at will call, you will need to contact the person who left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
