A 10% fee applies to any and all cancelled reservations. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the 50% confirmation deposit will be non-refundable.

My 4th stay here and the cozy studio has a great view but the paved path around the lake is the selling point for me. My husband loves fishing the lake for bass and catfish and it’s well stocked. The best part though is breakfast at the B&B in the morning with Brenda and Kim! They are so sweet and welcoming and I could go on and on about the biscuits and gravy and fried potatoes! Best I’ve ever had! Down home cooking at its finest! Michelle was also a sweetheart and very helpful with our reservations and we are thankful! We will be back again!

I had a whole panic attack trying to figure it out when I got there. No service around if you get lost. I waited for about an hour after coming from Cincy and drove back and forth to a library trying to contact the host. I could not get in contact with anyone even though they READ my message. They never sent me a code like they said. The only time they did message was to kick us out in the morning and threaten to charge us. We were 15 minutes late and warming up the car. Idk how they got 39 minutes but I have evidence. The security was VERY helpful and kind! The place was very comfortable and cozy. It’s the only thing that hold value.

There is 24 hour Security in a highly visible area on campus to assist guest who arrive after regular business hours. There was zero correspondence from this guest before arrival asking any questions, even after several messages were sent to her as well as the door code 3 times. I have security footage with timestamps showing guests did not exit the unit until 11:30.

The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a cute suite which also included breakfast at the big house! It was private and sat right near this pond which was peaceful in the morning to sip coffee and read! We will be back!!!

This place was amazing and the host was just wonderful. We were looking for a quick local getaway and this place did not disappoint. The host answer any questions we had in such a timely manner. The place was so clean and beautiful, and the view was awesome. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We definitely will be back to book on a night when the tasting room is open. Also, can't wait until the restaurant opens in 2022! Highly recommend this place! It's a little piece of heaven.
