Southern Living's Bourbon-Cider Mule Featuring Monks Road Bourbon

We're taking the traditional Moscow mule up a notch by adding bourbon instead of vodka. This delicious cocktail is sweet and spicy and packs a punch from the bourbon, which is tempered by the sweet apple cider.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of Monks Road Bourbon Whiskey
1/4 cup filtered apple cider
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Ice, divided
1/2 cup non-alcoholic ginger beer
Garnish: lime wheel, apple slice, cinnamon stick
Directions
Combine bourbon, filtered apple cider, and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled, about 30 seconds, and strain into a copper mug or rocks glass filled with ice. Top with non-alcoholic ginger beer, and garnish with a lime wheel, apple slice and cinnamon stick
